The Hornets had an eventful offseason. How does the process grade?

The Hornets had quite the offseason, trading their star player away, adding two first-round rookies, and making a plethora of more moves.

I wanted to go back and sequentially grade everything that went down.

While it’s impossible to grade the ‘results’ of this offseason, it is possible to grade the process of Hornets GM Jeff Peterson and how each of these moves could work towards building their stated goal of a sustained winner.
